Earned wage access advances a worker part of their wages through a third party and recovers it from a later paycheck. Daily pay in Staffing Complete is an actual payroll run on the day the work happened: taxes are withheld, garnishments apply, the money is yours rather than a lender’s, and it appears in the employee’s pay history like any other check. There is no separate advance ledger to reconcile.
Do we have to replace our whole system at once?
