What this policy covers

This policy covers this website. It does not cover the Staffing Complete application itself. If you are a client, the handling of employee and customer data inside the product is governed by your agreement with us, not by this page.

What we collect

Only what you type into the demo request form: your name, agency name, email address, and — if you choose to provide them — your phone number, approximate headcount, current pay frequency, current software, and your message.

We use it to respond to your enquiry and to talk to you about Staffing Complete. We do not sell it, and we do not share it with anyone except the service provider that delivers the form submission to us.

Cookies and tracking

This website uses no tracking cookies. It runs no analytics, advertising, retargeting, or session-recording scripts, sets no tracking pixel, and embeds no third-party content. We do not build a profile of you, and we do not track you across other websites.

We set no cookies of our own at all. Our hosting and security provider, Cloudflare, may set strictly necessary cookies — such as __cf_bm and cf_clearance — to distinguish legitimate visitors from automated traffic and to protect the site from abuse. These are security cookies. They are not used for advertising, analytics, profiling, or cross-site tracking, and the site will not function correctly without them.

Because none of this involves selling, sharing, or tracking, no cookie consent banner is required and we do not show one.

Beyond that, nothing about your visit is recorded except ordinary web server logs kept by our hosting provider.

Form delivery

The demo request form is delivered by a third-party form service. Your submission passes through that service in order to reach our inbox. No other data leaves this site.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are retained for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of our correspondence with you. Ask us to delete yours and we will.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Contact us by telephone or through the contact form and we will handle it.

Your California privacy rights

This section addresses the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA). We describe our practices here for everyone, and we honour these requests regardless of where you live.

Categories of personal information we collect. Only what you submit through the demo request form: identifiers (your name, work email address, and phone number if you give it) and professional or employment-related information (your agency name, approximate headcount, current pay frequency, and current software), together with the content of your message.

Why we collect it. To respond to your enquiry and to talk to you about Staffing Complete. That is the only purpose.

We do not sell or share your personal information. We have not sold or shared personal information in the preceding twelve months, and we do not disclose it for cross-context behavioural advertising or for any other commercial purpose. Because we do not sell or share it, no “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link is required, and you will not find one here. The only third party your submission reaches is the form service that delivers it to our inbox, acting as our service provider.

We do not collect sensitive personal information as the CPRA defines it, and we do not use your information for profiling or automated decision-making.

Your rights. You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you and how we have used it, to correct it if it is wrong, and to delete it. You can also ask us to limit how we use it. To make a request, call 888-236-8025 or use the contact form. We may need to confirm your identity before we act, which normally means matching your request against the enquiry you sent us. An authorised agent may make a request on your behalf with your written permission.

No discrimination. We will never deny you a service, charge you a different price, or give you a lower standard of service because you exercised any of these rights.

Children

This is a business-to-business website and is not directed to children.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it.
