Questions about the platform
Do we have to buy all seventeen modules?
Staffing Complete is sold as one platform rather than as modules you assemble, which is the point — the reason the pay run and the invoice agree is that they are reading the same record. Agencies use the parts they need and grow into the rest; an office that starts by processing payroll usually ends up using billing, A/R, and tax filing as well.
Can it replace our accounting system?
For most agencies, yes: the general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, banking, and period closing are all here. If your accountant strongly prefers QuickBooks, the QuickBooks export keeps them in their tool while the operational detail stays in one place.
How does Staffing Complete handle multiple branches or FEINs?
Offices, companies, and bank accounts are configured in the Setup module, so a multi-branch or multi-entity agency runs as one installation with the right structure underneath rather than as several separate systems that have to be consolidated.
What does implementation involve?
